i am so sorry seaside parks district atty eileen eakins sent such a threatening letter to me about my whistleblowing abuse by their employee with you cc'ed.
i had forgotten their previous attempt to gag me, which i believe is illegal anyway, for a park district lawyer to censor crime victim testimony from the board overseeing the crime perpetrator.
i did not mean to put your identity on the line.
i did not know the park would react so extremely. they are very nervous about this Board election and numerous callouts of fiscal wrongdoing, bullying tactics, etc.
The public is angered at the 20 Million election defeat being circumvented behind the taxpayers back by an apparent 6Million boondoggle.
when the seaside police called, the concern seemed to be that the mercy corps worker erika marshall feels her job is threatened by her role on the Board of Directors shielding the sex abuser and retaliation at Seaside Parks.
maybe she has institutional experience that would help improve the situation? i dont know if she knows how dirty the Parks District lawyers play, but sicking eileen eakins and the cops on me---lets me know
erika marshall of mercycorps is not a safe person to report the sexual abuse to either!
It's crazy they think attacking the victim of the abuse will improve their look. to me, it demonstrates how out of touch they are.
recently i spoke to a whistleblower former Board member, whose family was threatened for his questions about finance.
threats against political adversaries are normal for this group of people.
another victim of the parks called the SDAO lawyers style "mafia tactics"
he was smeared and character assassinated so they could push him out and pack the board with friendly votes.
contacting media really seemed to hit a nerve.
the seaside police are totally nice, and they know the parks are playing dirty politics trying to threaten a witness of crime with prosecution, discriminate from services against their victims, bully.
there is probably more going on that we DONT know about. i dont like the tip of the iceberg that i see.
